This February the team were proud to successfully organise the Equity and Diversity Awards, a studio-based, hybrid event that aimed to recognise individuals in the education sector who have played a pivotal role in driving positive change for young people in the workplace, with a particular focus on LGBTQ, women, and BAME communities.
The event, held in Birmingham, featured a celebrity speaker and catered to an audience of 100 attendees. In addition, the event was live-streamed on our event platform, ensuring online viewership and engagement.
The comprehensive range of services provided by ourselves included set-up, streaming, app development, logistics management, travel arrangements, pre-recorded films, editing, and timely post-event sharing.
How we supported:
Set-up: We Are ftw meticulously coordinated the set-up process, ensuring the event venue was suitably arranged with the necessary equipment and facilities to facilitate a seamless event experience.
Streaming: We skillfully managed the live-streaming of the Equity and Diversity Awards on our event platform, ensuring remote viewers could actively participate and engage with the event proceedings.
Event App: We implemented our innovative event app that provided attendees with critical event information, including schedules, speaker biographies, and real-time updates.
Logistics: We handled all logistical aspects of the event, taking charge of coordinating with vendors, managing resources, and ensuring the smooth execution of various operations throughout the day.
Travel Arrangements: We Are ftw efficiently managed travel arrangements for attendees, ensuring their seamless transportation and accommodation to and from the event location.
Pre-recorded Films and Editing: We facilitated the production of pre-recorded films, capturing the stories and achievements of individuals within the education sector, and skillfully edited these films to ensure a polished and impactful presentation during the event.
Post-event Sharing: We promptly shared edited event recordings one week after the live event, enabling broader dissemination of the Equity and Diversity Awards' highlights and increasing its reach and impact.
